The Vision
One night. One screen the size of a building. Thousands of fans under the New Cairo sky, the World Cup trophy glowing at the centre of it all. MODAD Properties turns a landmark plot into the most cinematic watch-party Egypt has ever staged.
This is not a screening. It is a stadium without walls — a stage, a trophy, an arena of activations, and a city skyline as the backdrop. Built on MODAD's land at Brackets Business Hub, on South 90th Street, where the new downtown of New Cairo rises.

The Journey to the Prize
One QR code turns the whole night into a game. Here is how a guest moves from the gate to the giveaways.
Every guest scans the QR on arrival — it becomes their digital pass and game card for the night.
Football challenges, photo ops, the 360° booth — each one completed adds a stamp to the pass.
Every stamp is an entry into the live draw. The more you play, the higher your odds.
Winners are drawn live on the 40-metre wall at half-time and full-time. Prizes handed out on stage.
